Mobility was mainly dynamic as was very short on time feeling sore too
Squat snatch; 50kg, 60kg, 65kg, 65, 70 (2), 65kg (extra one as i failed the third 70kg
Clean and jerk @ 62.5kg felt good this, weightlifting cert has helped
5min Double unders were sloppy, shoulders and traps were quite sore, wall walks felt fine, mainly double under control and aerobic capacity
OH DB lunges felt cooked managed 10kg and had to break!!
