Friday 7th September - 2012

Squat/UBV pull extensive + squat volume + LB bending volume + UBH pull volume

A.Bsq @ 20x1, 1RM
B. Hang squat clean @ 80kg, 1rep every 30sec for up to 20min
C.80 pull ups for time, aim is to beat last weeks time

Notes:

A.135kg, had 140kg but couldn't drive up enough, close by no cigar
B.completed, all unbroken tough though, i liked it though
C.could not completed, did all this after rushing to CFP spewing.
