B.15,12,10 (pull up tower is shaky)
C.75 swings (previous 63)
D.20kg, 20kg, 20kg + 9 (right arm), 4(left arm, lightest kettlebell 20kgs)
E.20 strict (not sore but right shoulder was clicking loud, no pain)
