Notes:
A.Could only manage 3 sets @ 110kg, whilst warming up was @ 115kg and felt tweak in the back, immediately dropped weight. Had to wait and stretch back out, a lil sore throughout workout. bummer!
B.50kg, 55kg, 55kg, 60kg, 62.5kg (F), 60kg x 1
C.16 rounds + 2 power cleans
Bad start to session with back playing up not sure if wasn't stretched properly or just cold, slight tweak hampered the session.
