Set 1: 1:53 (run was shorter was mistaken)

Set 3: 2:02 (220metre run, 1:39/500m row strokes)
The ALE part was interesting, the first set it felt as if i had pushed all out effort and felt pretty sucky once completed, then set 2 & 3 felt more controlled and on average times seemed better, does that mean i still pushed at a high rate?
