snatch balance completed @ 50kg, (i think need to sit more on heels and commit to lift, hamstrings need to be stronger)
OH KB completed with a 15kg kettlebell in driveway, slight inclination.
This 7 rounder killed me was feeling flatter than an ironing board!!
Box jumps @ 80cm
Toes to bar aren't bad just hard on a narrower grip, just felt flat
bear crawls in driveway
need to keep focused, not lose sight of the goal!!
