15-20min @ easy effort/ skill focused:
Clean & jerk tech work - light, a few sets bounding board jump practice - dont push it, just play
3 TNG push press + 3 bsq - practice transitions
Double under tech work - not too many reps
Notes:
all completed, did 3 sets of 30 for double unders tech work done all @ 40kg
